Smooth order for pendant light

I ordered a suspension industrielle for my kitchen last month. The website was straightforward, found what I wanted without any trouble. Placed the order, got a confirmation email right away. It shipped out in two days and arrived in Colorado five days later, well-packaged and in perfect condition. The quality of the metal and wiring seemed solid for the price. I had a quick question about bulb compatibility, and customer service responded to my email within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a really positive experience from browsing to installation.

Nice plafonnier, good experience

I got a plafonnier led from Lustre Fauvex last week. It arrived pretty quick, like 4 days to get to my place in California. Installation was easy enough for my husband. It looks good in the living room, just what we needed. I'd totally buy from them again.

Good value on ceiling light

I was looking for a new plafonnier chambre and found Lustre Fauvex. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% off code, which helped a lot. The price was already decent compared to other stores, and with the discount, it felt like a real steal. Shipping was free, which is always a bonus. The light itself is exactly as pictured and looks more expensive than what I paid. For someone on a budget, this was a great find.

Consistent quality, fast shipping

This was my third order from Lustre Fauvex. I've bought a lampadaire arc and an applique murale from them before, and this time I got a lustre vintage. Each time, the process has been super consistent. The items always arrive well-protected, and the quality for the price point is reliable. Shipping usually takes about a week to the East Coast, which is pretty good for an international order. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver every time.
